The Combined List of Biological Agents, published by the Netherlands Biosecurity Office, provides a matrixed list of high-risk human and animal pathogens (biosafety classification 3/4) and pathogens, and whether they are included in the following lists: Directive 2000/54/ec of the European Parliament and of the Council, List of pathogenic microorganisms and agents, Netherlands National regulation, List of Animal Pathogens, EU Dual-Use export control regime, The Australia Group - Biological Agents, HHS and USDA Select Agents and Toxins.

The Combined List of Biological Agents is managed by the Netherlands Biosecurity Office, a center in the Netherlands aimed at providing biosecurity information to governments and organizations. This list was last updated in November 2023.
