SecBio is a digital library for the knowledge and methods necessary for experts concerned with biological safety and security. The platform includes: legal texts, scientific papers, jurisprudence, professional and industry agreements, good methods and useful guidelines, and norms and standards.

SecBio is composed of three main features: a searchable repository for biosafety and biosecurity documents, a learning module for users to build a project and challenge their knowledge, a forum for experts to discuss and otherwise exchange information.

A proposal for the platform was submitted to the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) meeting of Experts in August 2021. The proposal is available in English and French, and the platform itself is under development and will also be available in English and French.
